I'm Elly, CEO of NoirBlanc LTD, and I want to share how our journey into the world of cleaning turned into something much bigger. It all began when I hit a crossroads – tired of jobs that lacked heart, I craved making a real difference. Black, with his numbers background, felt the same pull. We decided it was time to sweep change into people's lives.
My 5 years in hospitality had taught me the power of a personal touch, while Black's accounting expertise yearned for that human connection. The result? A cleaning business that's about more than just clean spaces – it's about caring.
We realized that in a world racing past, many were being left behind. We wanted to change that, to make homes and spaces places of comfort. So, we dove into the world of cleaning services, knowing it was a crowded field.
Challenges? Plenty. The market was saturated with cleaners and companies, but we didn't back down. Drawing from my hospitality background, we blended professionalism with a personal touch, a combo the market had missed.
